As a family, we travel a fair amount.....more often than not, it's a road trip. Just this past year alone, we've hit the road numerous times to Michigan, and once all the way down to Florida. Well we might be crazy but we are driving to the Outerbanks in the Carolina's for vacation in September with our then 23 month old! But this road trip from the couch does seem much easier!

The Walcotts will be spending several weekends in the Silver Lake area in Northern Michigan at a family cottage. We might tackle a road trip when Bright gets a bit older.

We've postponed our road trip this summer due to the high gas prices, and instead will be doing the "cottage thing" a couple hours north. (This DVD sounds great!)

Well in April we drove from Michigan to Florida, me being 5 months prego, a 2 year old and a 7 year old..It was a great trip...Since I am due with baby #3 in about 3 weeks, we don't have much planned, but the dvd sounds great...maybe next summer...

We live a little over an hour from the beach so we'll be taking some road trips there this summer...nothing too far with the price of gas continually going up!

We'll be making a couple quick trips to the beach (we live 1.5 hours away) but I doubt we'll go much further with the gas prices being what they are. We have gone down to San Fransico before (we live near portland, or) and I've road tripped with my mom to KS a couple times as my family lives there.

Well, we just got back from a trip to Montana to visit the in-laws. Then my family is coming to visit us from Chicago in July. And in August, my sister-in-law's wedding is in Seattle. Pretty crazy!

we have a trip to Virginia Beach (3 hours) but our big trip is going to Indiana (13 hours + stops each way) We have to do it in 2 days since we have 3 kids under 4 y.o. and a dog. Ugh, don't you envy me?

We have actually made ours -- a 8 hour one-way trek to the beach for only 3 days -- not quite worth the drive!!

We had one road trip planned for the summer to Ft. Wayne, IN, and we completed that trip Memorial Day weekend; we had a blast! We visited the Ft. Wayne Children's Zoo and the Black Pine Animal Park.
