Today we wear purple in memory of little Miss Maddie.
Today I am sad for my friend Heather who will be bravely speaking at her own daughters funeral.
On April 26th, the DesignHER Momma family will wear purple again for Maddie and other tiny babies like herself.
We will be walking for Hoosiers favorite Preemie - Maddie Spohr.
I signed up for this walk about 2 months ago after I spent a wonderful weekend in Nashville with Heather. She was my friend, and I wanted to help her out and honor her daughter.
I set a lackluster goal of raising $200. Surly I could find a few people to help me reach my small goal.
Today the walk means more to me than it did two months ago. Instead of honoring a small child, we will be walking in memory of a small child.
Friends, please help me reach my goal of $200 (and hopefully so much more) for the March of Dimes in honor of Maddie. Even if it's only $5, because you gave up your Starbuck for the day, that's good enough for me.

I have my own fundraiser going for her and almost reached my $100 goal. I also plan to walk with the Pittsburgh team. I'm so sorry for the loss. It just seemed like the least that I could do.
